We will move through traditional poses in a slower more meditative manner that allows the body time to "settle in" to each pose. This style builds and maintains strength, flexibility, balance and relaxed state of mind to carry you through your day.

Enjoy accessible postures, linking fluid movement with breath.  Designed to build confidence, increase energy and enhance overall well-being. All levels welcome.

This meditation is designed to bring your heart and brain into a coherent rhythm and to align your body and energy field with the electromagnetic field of the Earth. This measurable energetic state triggers the parasympathetic nervous system and the healing and repair functions of the body. It helps to activate those parts of the brain that are responsible for spiritual perception and inspiration, and most importantly it allows you to experience the greatest force in the universe – the frequency of Love.
 
Students will be guided through the 30 minute Primus Activation Meditation and will experience the very powerful Love resonant field which is created when we meditate together. You will leave refreshed, rooted in the now, and feeling more focused and balanced.

We’ll use lots of props to support you as your body softens and begins to restore itself. This class is perfect for everyone, as it promotes and supports healing and complements other physical activity.  Go ahead, treat yourself.

Our Seasonal Vinyasa class is a unique, balancing practice merging Yoga & Ayurveda. The sequence changes with the seasons, creating the space for students to track their progress over time. Postures are held for a longer amount of time to refine alignment, build strength, increase endurance and prevent injury. Expect a challenging but accessible practice.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as "Yogic Sleep" is a form of deep relaxation and meditation with roots deep in the yogic tradition. Wear warm and comfortable layers, including socks. Bring your yoga mat, and any comfort items that you like: pillow, blanket, eye pillow, etc.
