Gentle Vinyasa

A slow paced vinyasa flow class combining foundational postures, fluid movement and breath focus.  Designed to build confidence, increase energy and enhance overall well-being. All levels welcome.

Intermediate Vinyasa

A complete mind/body awakening designed to improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. Expect a challenging practice linking dynamic movement with breath. After class you’ll feel refreshed and energized with a sharper focus.

Mindful Yoga & Meditation

A peaceful hatha practice balancing strengthening, stretching and relaxation with a focus on deep diaphragmatic breathing, compassionate self-care and mindfulness meditation. The longer holds enhance overall well-being through the exploration of the connection between the body and the breath.

  • Extended seated postures, centering breath work and meditation

Restorative Yoga

Take a deep breath and mindfully sink into this delicious class. The poses are designed to release tension and leave you feeling gently refreshed. We’ll use lots of props to support you as your body softens and begins to restore itself. This class is perfect for everyone, as it promotes and supports healing and complements other physical activity.  Go ahead, treat yourself.

Seasonal Vinyasa

Our Seasonal Vinyasa class is a unique, balancing practice merging Yoga & Ayurveda. The focus changes with the seasons, creating the space for students to track their progress over time. Postures are held for a longer amount of time to refine alignment, build strength, increase endurance and prevent injury. Expect a challenging practice.
