Restorative Yoga

 

Seasonal Vinyasa

 

Take a deep breath and mindfully sink into this delicious class. The poses are designed to release tension and leave you feeling gently refreshed. We’ll use lots of props to support you as your body softens and begins to restore itself. This class is perfect for everyone, as it promotes and supports healing and complements other physical activity.  Go ahead, treat yourself.

Our Seasonal Vinyasa class is a unique, balancing practice merging Yoga & Ayurveda. The sequence changes with the seasons, creating the space for students to track their progress over time. Postures are held for a longer amount of time to refine alignment, build strength, increase endurance and prevent injury. Expect a challenging but accessible practice.
